Steel synchronizer rings

Steel synchronizer rings for heavy trucks, buses and other mechanical vehicles gear boxes.

Our synchronizer rings as the forgings are executed in diameters between: 90mm and 250mm are manufactured by a new method of plastic forging  that guarantue the highest quality of products (specially very good resistance). An idea of this method is, to forge synchronizer from a special preforgings by using high technology hot stamping equipment. After forgings process rings are heat treated and fully machined.

Synchronizer rings are produced according to customer documentation.

Nowadays we manufacture more than 150 types of steel rings for wellknown truck manufacturers like: Mercedes Benz, Scania, MAN, IVECO, ZF, FULLER (EATON), DAF, R.V.I. (Renault Truck). This is a proff of a huge experience that we have in this field and also an effect of a big confidence received from our customers. We can be proud that our rings are used at polish and international markets.
