Z6M and Z6D valves (picture no. 1, item 1 and 2) is an equipment of gas cylinder (from 0,5L up to 150L water capacity) for liquid petroleum gases: technical propane-butane, technical propane, technical butane.

Valves is manufactured and checked on compatibility with international standard and its polish equivalent PN-EN ISO 15995.

• Valves with eduction tube, type: Z6M-A and Z6D-A, to power forklifts – Pict. 2, item 1

Z6MB and Z6DB valves (picture no. 1, item 3 and 4) is an equipment of gas cylinder (from 0,5L up to 150L water capacity) for liquid petroleum gases: technical propane-butane, technical propane, technical butane. Valves is manufactured and checked on compatibility with international standard and its polish equivalent PN-EN ISO 15995. Z6MB and Z6DB valves is equipped in pressure relief valve emptying the cylinder of excess gas when the pressure in the cylinder reaches the nominal set pressure. Safety relief valve was made according to PN-EN 13953. We offer:

Z6MF and Z6DF valves (picture no. 1, item 5 and 6) are cylinder equipment for selected refrigerant gases. Valves is manufactured and checked on compatibility with international standard and it’s polish equivalent PN-EN ISO 10297. We offer:

• Z6MF valve (cylinder connection W19,8 – 17E) – Pict. 1, item 5
• Z6DF valve (cylinder connection W28,8 – 25E) – Pict. 1, item 6
• Z6MF and Z6DF valve outlet, type: G.5 acc. EN15202, thread W21.8 acc. PN-M-69224 (W21.8×1.814RH acc. DIN477-1) – Pict. 3
• Z6MF and Z6DF valves test pressure: 4,8 [MPa]
• Z6MF and Z6DF valves working pressure: 3,6 [MPa]

Special features and product quality:

• the method of securing the a valve hand wheel prevents it’s disassembly without damage;
• valves are TÜV certified for compliance with EN ISO 15995, EN 13953, EN ISO 10297 and the requirements of Directive 2010/35/EU – on transportable pressure equipment and the ADR/RID:2021 agreement;

We can offer also you company’s name marking (concave or convex) on a valve hand wheel. As a standard we offer +/- marking.

Behind internal supervision over the production of Z6 valves, conformity assessment of material and component deliveries, inspection control of valves production and leakage tests and quality acceptance of individual production batches, the internal inspection service is responsible.

The qualifications of the employees of the internal inspection service, the documentation on the acceptance of production batches, are verified twice a year by the TÜV SÜD notified body during surveillance audits.
