Products certificates

Except the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 we have also, required by law, all product certificates.

All gas valves, in accordance with the regulations and requirements for transport pressure equipment, have the safety mark “Π” No. 1017, which confirms compliance with the requirements of EN ISO 15995:2010, EN 13953:2015, EN ISO 10297:2014 / A1:2017 and Directive 2010/35/EU and ADR / RID regulations. The certification was executed by TÜV SÜD Czech Republic.

The internal inspection service is responsible for internal supervision of Z6 valve production:

– conformity assessment of material and component deliveries,

– inspection control of valves production and leakage tests,

– and quality acceptance of individual production batches.

The qualifications of the employees of the internal inspection service, the documentation on the acceptance of production batches, are verified twice a year by the TÜV SÜD notified body during surveillance audits.
