MACHINING, HEAT TREATMENT, ASSEMBLY

Our offer includes the whole range of services related to machining of brass, steel and bronze parts and details with CNC centres. The modern and diversified machinery ensures processing and machining optimal for intended purpose and quality requirements, e.g.:

• robotized, multi – spindle transfer machines with automatic loading, unloading and washing,
• CNC milling centres (3,4 and 5 controlled axes),
• CNC turning centres (2 and 3 controlled axes),
• single – spindle automatic lathes machines.

Our own facilities including forging shop and machining department provided with heat processing equipment enable us to deliver the whole range of services related to manufacture of details. This approach ensures total control over whole processing, from forging, heat treatment until machining and finishing.

Additionaly thanks to experience related to manufacture of gas cylinder valves, we can also offer assembly services related to manufactured parts. Moreover we can suport our customers in tests and analyses proces.
