Photovoltaic farm

This week a photovoltaic farm starting to work at our factory.

The investment fits perfectly with Cleaner Production strategy and activities aimed at reducing emissions:

• reducing the carbon footprint of our production activities,
• increasing the use of energy from 100% renewable sources.

The system consists of 3 111 pieces of above- ground photovoltaic panels installed on an area of approx. 2 ha close to our factory.

The photovoltaic power plant will provide approx. 35% of the electricity needed to operate our plant.

The investment will bring savings in energy costs and will significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
