Steel synchronizer rings for heavy trucks, buses and other machanical vehicles gear boxes.

Our synchronizer rings are made by a new method of plastic working that makes possible to reach highest quality of products. An idea of this method is to forge synchronizer rings from special preforgings by using high technology hot-stamping equipment.

Nowadays we manufacture more then 100 types of steel synchronizer rings, what confirms our more then 25 years experience in this production. We can be proud that our rings are used on Polish and International markets.

Stages of sinchronizer ring production:
- hot - stamping (from specially prepared steel performs)
- rough - turning (rings are preliminary machined)
- isothermal annealing
- coining
- final turning
- shot - blasting
- conservation
- packing

height: 23 mm
weight: to 1 kg
