Fabryka Armatur "Swarzędz" is a well know polish producer of brass and steel forging parts. After modernization process we can produce forgings in a very complicated shapes like: frames, t - connections, covers, shields and levers.
We have to emphasize that all forgings are made during an accurate, high temperature die forging process, which enables to reach highest reliability of goods, required level of dimensional accuracy, and surface roughness.

Our forging possibilities:
brass forging to the weight of 3,5 kg (after trimming process);

Our engineers work to support customers in design of their component parts and the necessary forging tools and dies.

Our Forge is equipped with crank presses with the pressure between 250-1000 tones. Furthermore we have also eccentric presses with pressure between 24-160 tones. Every machine is equipped with special forging tools;

We can produce forgings as a blank parts or after special requirements we can make also a turning and machining process on our turning machines. Forging surface can be shot or sand blasted

Treated materials: brass CW617N - CuZn40Pb2 - MO58, or CW612N - CuZn39Pb2 - MO59;
